Cigar Review: Perdomo Lot 23
From start to finish I’ve had trouble finding anything that can beat a Perdomo Lot 23. This was the first cigar I smoked, ever, some 10 years ago. I remember the distinct nutty flavor that came from every draw nearly half an inch in. I’ll admit that it made me a little sick afterwards but this was my first taste or anything tobacco in my entire life. I guess that stands to reason on some level. But during the smoke I remember thoughts creeping in my mind about how smooth it was, about how it actually had a flavor. I knew after smoking this I would become an avid fan of this hobby and passion so many hold dear.
It’s still my go-to stick when I don’t mind spending a few bucks more than the Fresco. It’s my celebratory smoke and so much more.
Of course I’ve smoked all sorts since this stick. Some expensive, some cheap, and I’ve found nothing that satisfies my pallet quite like this. It’s truly a cigar that holds every last taste. A recommended by for any cigar enthusiast. Scratch that… any one. This is the sort of cigar that will get you into the hobby.
